Randy Edwards, ARA is a 1988 graduate of California State University Fresno with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business. Real Estate and Viticulture were his collegiate study concentrations. He spent two years with the USDA, Farmers Home Administration in Bakersfield, CA as an Assistant County Supervisor. The next seven years of employment was with Central Valley Production Credit Association in Turlock, CA as a staff appraiser. He started Edwards Appraisal Service, on a part time basis, in 1996 that became a fully operational firm in 1997 in Hilmar, California. Randy and Jeff Lien formed the General Partnership of Edwards & Lien in 2001. The business was incorporated in 2003 as Edwards & Lien, Inc. Randy and Jeff took a third partner, Tony Toso, in 2009 and formed Edwards, Lien & Toso, Inc.

He was awarded the professional designation of Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) in 1995 and has been certified by the State of California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1993. He is a past President of the California Chapter ASFMRA (2006-2007).

Jeff Lien is a 1990 graduate of California State University San Luis Obispo with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural Business Management, concentration in Finance and Appraisal. After roles with Home Savings & Loan and Sierra Bay Farm Credit Services, Jeff joined The Ranch Company in Visalia. He became a principal partner in Edwards, Lien & Toso, Inc. in 2001. Jeff has been certified by the State of California as a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser since 1993.

Tony Toso, ARA, is a 1985 graduate of Fresno State University. He spent 10 years as a loan officer in the Farm Credit system before beginning his appraisal career in 1999. He earned his ARA designation in 2008. Tony's specialties include cattle ranches, conservation easements and permanent planting developments. He has been a licensed real estate broker since 1998 and lives on a 1,400-acre cattle ranch in Hornitos, Mariposa County.

Richard Kilgore, ARA is a 1991 graduate of California State University Fresno with a B.S. in Agricultural Business. He spent 14 years within the Farm Credit system performing agricultural appraisals, then joined Bank of the West as an appraisal manager reviewing reports from 23 states. Richard joined ELT in 2010 and has performed many complex appraisal assignments including orchard and vineyard developments, nut processing facilities, and food processing facilities. He earned his ARA designation in 1997.

Martin Seanez, ARA is a 1984 graduate of California State University Fresno. He spent 29 years in the Farm Credit system, including serving as Assistant Appraisal Program Manager at Fresno Madera Farm Credit. He joined ELT in 2014 and was awarded his ARA designation in 2007. He specializes in dairy properties and covers a wide diversity of agricultural land uses throughout the Central Valley.

Mary Anne Dores received her B.S. summa cum laude in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo in 2002 with a concentration in Finance and Appraisal. She has been with Edwards & Lien since graduating and grew up on her family's dairy farm in Stevinson, California. Mary Anne is fluent in Portuguese.

Kay Austin has been an independent fee appraiser since 1996. She began appraising agricultural properties in 2010 and joined ELT in 2012. Kay was born and raised in the foothill community of Tollhouse in eastern Fresno County, where she was active in FFA, serving as Chapter President.

Kyle Dalrymple, ARA is a 2008 graduate of CSU Chico with a B.S. in Business Administration (Finance and Real Estate). He grew up in Gridley, Butte County and joined ELT in 2009. Kyle handles the company's Northern California operations and has been involved in a wide variety of appraisal assignments including complex orchard developments, conservation easements, dairy and feedlot facilities, rice dryers/mills, and nut processing facilities. He also personally farms walnuts and almonds in Butte and Glenn Counties.

Stephanie Bengard grew up on a dairy in Tulare County. She received a B.S. in Agricultural Business from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo with a minor in Dairy Science. Before joining ELT in 2013 as an Appraiser Trainee, she implemented a 1,500-head calf raising operation. She has since received her General Certified Appraiser License and works on a wide range of agricultural appraisals.

Tiffany Holmes, ARA holds the Certified General Real Estate License and the ARA designation. She appraises a wide variety of farm and rural properties including almond, walnut, vineyards, dairy facilities, feedlot facilities, and conservation easement properties. She grew up on her family's registered jersey dairy in Eureka, CA and graduated from Cal Poly, SLO with a B.S. in Agricultural Business.
